- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
- Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We work with trusted suppliers and carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- United States: 7–20 business days
- International Orders: 10–30 business days
- Express Shipping (where available): 3–7 business days
Note: As a dropshipping business some products are shipped directly from our international suppliers which may affect delivery times.
3. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in the system after dispatch.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method destination, and product weight/size.
- We occasionally offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly stated on our website.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.
- We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Delays & Force Majeure
- We strive to meet our stated delivery times, but delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs processing, courier delays, strikes, pandemics, extreme weather).
- We are not liable for delays beyond our control but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the stated delivery timeframe contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
- We will work with our carriers and suppliers to resolve the issue.
