Aureza LLC offers a 14-day return request window for eligible items. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, subject to product-level eligibility.


Return Eligibility

Return eligibility varies by product and supplier. Therefore, each item on our website will clearly indicate its return status.

Your item may be eligible for return only if:

  • It is in the same condition as received (unused, unworn, with tags intact)

  • It is in the original packaging

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

  • The item is classified as Returnable on the product page

If an item is marked by the supplier as β€œNon-returnable & Non-exchangeable,” it cannot be returned under any circumstances (except when damaged or incorrect).


Non-Returnable / Supplier-Restricted Items

Some suppliers do not accept returns. For these products, the product page will include the notice:

β€œThis item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.”

These items are not eligible for return unless:

  • The product arrives damaged,

  • The product is defective,

  • The product received is incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return

After reviewing your request, we will notify you whether the item is eligible for return based on:

  • Condition of the item

If approved, we will provide complete return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, Aureza LLC or the supplier will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to any other reason, and the item is return-eligible, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Non-returnable items are not accepted for return shipping.


Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item Received

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@aureza.us within 48 hours. We will evaluate the issue and work with the supplier to resolve it promptly.


Additional Non-Returnable Categories

In line with industry standards and supplier regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Items showing normal wear and tear

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
