Shipping Policy

At Aureza LLC (“Aureza,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we aim to provide our customers with a clear understanding of how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
  • Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We work with trusted suppliers and carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States: 7–20 business days
  • International Orders: 10–30 business days
  • Express Shipping (where available): 3–7 business days

Note: As a dropshipping business some products are shipped directly from our international suppliers which may affect delivery times.

  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear in the system after dispatch.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method destination, and product weight/size.
  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly stated on our website.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.
  • We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • We strive to meet our stated delivery times, but delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., customs processing, courier delays, strikes, pandemics, extreme weather).
  • We are not liable for delays beyond our control but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the stated delivery timeframe contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We will work with our carriers and suppliers to resolve the issue.
